摘要
针对反无人机蜂群作战的需求,利用多级拨弹轮拨弹时能实现储弹的特点,设计了一种可以显著提高高炮射速的无链供弹箱。分析了不同齿数拨弹轮以及供弹路径对弹箱容量的影响,发现四齿拨弹轮与折叠排列方式能提高弹箱容量。对弹箱建立了多体动力学仿真模型,分析弹箱在不同供弹速度下的动态特性。分析表明,炮弹在供弹过程中运动平稳,且1号弹受力最大,8号、10号~12号轴受力较大,可为后续的优化设计与故障检测参考。
For the need of anti-combat to unmanned aerial vehicle swarm,by the belt feed wheel’s characters that can save bomb when supplying,a high-speed chainless ammunition box that can increase supplying-speed significantly was designed.The influence that comes from different teeth of wheel’s and supplying path to capacity of ammunition box was discussed to show that four teeth and folding path can improve the capacity of ammunition box significantly.The multibody dynamic simulation model was established to analysis the dynamic characteristics of ammunition box in different supplying velocity.The results of analysis show that the bomb can move stably,and the force on ammunition 1 is the largest,the force on axle 8 and axle 10 to axle 12 is larger.The results provide reliable advice to the subsequent optimization design and fault detection.
