复材帽形长桁压损失效与试验验证

摘要 为研究复材帽形长桁的失效行为,针对碳纤维增强树脂基复合材料帽形长桁的压损失效,提出了一种快速的有限元数值模拟方法。基于Tsai-Hill失效判断准则,利用Abaqus软件进行非线性求解,得到了长桁压损失效临界载荷。制造了6种不同尺寸的帽形长桁进行长桁压损试验,对比载荷位移曲线、结构失效载荷以及破坏模式,结果表明,该有限元数值模拟方法与试验结果一致性好,验证了分析方法的正确性,为长桁的设计分析提供了支持。 A finite element model is developed to investigate the failure mode of fiber-reinforced composite panel with different stiffener configurations during compressive loading.Tsai-Hill criteria is employed to predict the failure load of the specimen using ABAUQS,which shows a good agreement with the experimental data.Adding width of top layer to the hat-shape stiffener can increase the failure load and buckling resistance of the specimen studied by FEM and experiment method due to the increase of stiffness.Therefore,the additional reinforcing layer inside the stiffener can be beneficial for increasing the load capacity of stiffened panels.The analysis method mentioned above can provide support for the design and analysis of composite stringer.
