摘要
拦阻网是飞机货运系统中货物限动的安全保障装置,在飞机应急着陆、迫降时防止货物过量移动,保护机组人员及设备安全,其地面强度验证试验是民机适航取证环节中的重要项目。本文基于拦阻网结构受力特点和变形特点,设计制造了适用于拦阻网强度验证的加载装置。该装置模拟大尺寸全网面货物假件,采用推车式框架,配合滑轨式导轨装置,实现对大变形柔性拦阻网的加载,并成功完成了某型飞机货舱拦阻网地面强度试验。试验结果表明,该加载装置设计方法合理可行,可供类似柔性结构强度试验参考。
Arresting net is a safety device for limiting the movement of cargo in the aircraft cargo system.It can prevent excessive movement of cargo and protect the safety of crew and equipment in the emergency landing and crash landing of aircraft.The strength test of arresting net is an important item in civil airworthiness evidence.Based on the characteristics of stress and deformation analysis of the arresting net structure,a loading device for verifying the strength of the arresting net is designed and manufactured in this paper.The device simulates the large size full net cargo dummy,adopts the cart frame and the sliding rail device,realizes the loading of the large deformation flexible attesting net,and successfully completes the ground strength test of the arresting net of a certain aircraft cargo.The experimental results show that the design method of loading device is reasonable and feasible,which can be used as a reference for the strength test of similar flexible structures.
