摘要
利用氦质谱检漏技术,使核级金属波纹管密封性问题得到了有效解决。通过对被检件的试验和分析发现,核级金属波纹管泄漏的原因最大可能为焊缝附近存在微小焊接缺陷。这些缺陷虽然不在同一点,但可能形成气体泄漏通道,从而导致波纹管泄漏。氦质谱检漏技术的应用提高了核级金属波纹管检验合格率,解决了生产效率低的问题,应实施并推广。
Using helium mass spectrometry leak detection technology,the sealing problem of nuclear grade metal bellows has been effectively solved.Through the test and analysis of the tested parts,it is found that the most likely reason for the leakage of nuclear grade metal bellows is the existence of small welding defects near the weld.Although these defects are not at the same point,they may form a gas leakage channel,which results in the leakage of the bellows.The application of helium mass spectrometry leak detection technology improves the inspection qualification rate of nuclear grade metal bellows and solves the problem of low production efficiency,which should be implemented and popularized.
