成渝地区双城经济圈科技人才集聚空间溢出效应分析

Research on Spatial Spillover Effect of Scientific and Technological Talents Agglomeration in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

为促进成渝地区双城经济圈科技人才集聚效应向经济效应转化,推动成渝地区双城经济圈协调平衡发展,基于2011-2019年成渝地区双城经济圈的面板数据,经过检验选定时空双重固定空间杜宾模型进行实证分析,并通过该模型对科技人才集聚的空间溢出效应进行判定。结果表明,科技人才集聚将促进经济增长。基于此,从推动科技人才交流合作、统筹规划区域人才政策、完善区域经济要素建设等方面提出对策建议。

Based on the panel data of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle from 2011 to 2019, the spatial Dobbin model which was spatio-temporal double fixed was tested and selected for empirical analysis, and the spatial spillover effect of scientific and technological talent agglomeration was evaluated through this model, so as to promote the transformation of scientific and technological talent agglomeration effect into economic effect and promote the coordinated and balanced development of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle. The results show that the gathering of scientific and technological talents will promote economic growth. Based on this,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on promoting the exchange and cooperation of scientific and technological talents, overall planning policies of regional talents, improving the construction of regional economic conditions, and so on.
