摘要 针对目前坑道结构的冲击波超压测试研究较少的问题,同时,结合坑道内冲击波具有多反射,峰值大,作用时间长且数据存储量需求大的特点,设计了一种能够适用于坑道壁面所受超压的冲击波超压测试系统.系统由FPGA控制,并采用了大量程的压电传感器和16位AD采集;运用eMMC来快速存储数据,保证了较高的采样频率和超压数据的完整记录;利用长引线的方式来提高测试系统的抗损伤能力.坑道现场爆炸试验测试结果表明,系统具有较高的稳定性及精确性,可以成功应用在实际测试中. In view of the lack of shock wave overpressure test for tunnel structures at present, combined with the characteristics of shock waves in tunnels with multiple reflections, large peak values, long action time and large data storage requirements, an overpressure measurement system of shock wave was designed to test the overpressure on the tunnel wall. The system was controlled by FPGA, and a large-range piezoelectric sensor and 16 bit AD acquisition were used. Then eMMC was used to quickly store data, which had a high sampling frequency and could completely record overpressure data. And the damage resistance ability of the measurementt system was improved by using long wire. The test results of explosion in the tunnel show that the system has the higher stability and accuracy, which can be successfully applied in the actual test.
