“逍遥散结合中医埋线”治疗肝郁气滞型月经后期的疗效观察

Observation of the efficacy of “Xiaoyao san combined with TCM thread embedding”in the treatment of late menstrual period of liver depression and qi stagnation

目的:观察“逍遥散结合中医埋线”治疗肝郁气滞型月经后期的临床疗效。方法:收集2020年10月至2022年3月中医收治的肝郁气滞型月经后期患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用中药逍遥散配合中医埋线治疗,对照组采用中药逍遥散治疗。两组均治疗3个月经周期,并于治疗第2和第3个自然月时各随访1次。治疗结束后评估两组疗效。结果:治疗后两组6项指标(月经量、色、质,乳房局部胀痛,胸胁区胀满,精神紧张抑郁,烦躁或易怒,小腹胀痛)等症状积分均较治疗前显著降低(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗后治疗组6项指标积分值均呈降低趋势(P <0.05)。治疗第2和第3周时,治疗组总有效率分别为86.67%(26/30)和96.67%(28/30),对照组分别为70%(21/30)和83.33%(25/30),组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:“逍遥散结合中医埋线”治疗肝郁气滞型月经后期疗效佳。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyao san combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)thread embedding in the treatment of late menstrual period of liver depression and qi stagnation.Methods:From October 2020 to March 2022,60 cases of late menstrual period of liver depression and qi stagnation treated by TCM were collected,and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 30 cases each,and the treatment group was treated with TCM Xiaoyao san combined with TCM thread embedding and the control group was treated with TCM Xiaoyao san.Both groups were treated with a 3-month menstrual cycle and followed up once each during the 2nd and 3rd natural months of treatment.Efficacy in both groups was assessed after treatment was completed.Results:After treatment,the symptom scores of 6 indexes(menstrual volume,color,quality,local breast distension and pain,chest and flank distension,mental tension and depression,fretting or irritability,abdominal distension and pain) in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyao san combined with TCM thread embedding has good efficacy in the treatment of late menstrual period of liver depression and qi stagnation.
