This paper briefly expounds the ecological environment in our country present situation and the necessity of primary environmental monitoring work,and analyzes the current application of grass-roots environmental monitoring technology in the process of various problems,and from two aspects of enhancing technology innovation and perfect monitoring system,puts forward the corresponding solution measures,designed to provide a reference for the related researchers,Effectively improve the application effect of environmental monitoring technology at grassroots level to support flie high-quality development of environmental protection work in China.
