摘要 积极开展流域水环境风险评估工作,可以通过风险源分析、风险因素评估等,及时发现水环境存在的风险问题,并对发现的问题及时预警,促进水环境问题得到切实解决。从实际来看,流域水环境管理还存在风险防范意识不足、预警技术水平有待提升等问题,因而降低了流域水环境科学化管理水平,对流域水环境存在的污染问题也无法及时发现和解决,需要加强流域水环境风险评估与预警技术研究与分析,并结合所在流域水环境实际状况,对水环境风险评估体系和预警网络进行有效构建,为流域水环境科学管理提供有力支持。鉴于此,本文对流域水环境风险评估与预警技术进行探究。 To actively carry out the water environment risk assessment work in the river basin,we can timely find out the risk problems existing in the water environment through the risk source analysis and risk factor assessment,and give timely early warning for the problems found,so as to promote the practical solution of the water environment problems.From practical,basin water environment management risk prevention awareness,early warning technology level to improve,seriously reduce the basin water environment scientific management level,for basin water environment pollution problems cannot timely found and solve,need to strengthen basin water environment risk assessment and early warning technology research and analysis,and combined with the actual situation of basin water environment,the water environment risk assessment system and early warning network,provide strong support for basin water environment scientific management.In view of this,this paper explores the watershed water environment risk assessment and early warning technology.
