社会治理视角下新时代民族工作格局研究

Pattern of Ethnic Work in the New Era from the Perspective of Social Governance

中国的社会治理与民族工作存在密不可分的联系,集中体现在2021年中央民族工作会议确立的党委统一领导、政府依法管理、统战部门牵头协调、民族工作部门履职尽责、各部门通力合作、全社会共同参与的新时代党的民族工作格局。党的民族工作格局包括坚持党的全面领导、提升民族事务治理现代化水平、有效协调各部门关系和聚焦群众路线等工作。新时代民族工作格局不仅体现了社会治理多主体的特性,更重要的是厘清了各治理主体之间的关系与合作机制,为民族事务治理提供了重要的保障,为社会治理的完善和发展提供了可资借鉴的范例。

China’s social management is closely connected with ethnic work,which reflected in the ethnic work pattern of the CCP in the new era established by the central ethnic work conference in 2021,which is unified leadership by the Party committee,management by the government according to law,coordination led by the United Front Work Department,responsible performance of the Ethnic Work Department,full cooperation of all departments,and participation of the whole society.The pattern of the Party’s ethnic work includes implementing the Party’s overall leadership,improving the modernization level of ethnic affairs governance,effectively coordinating the relationship between various departments and focusing on the mass line etc.The pattern of ethnic work in the new era not only reflects the multi-subject nature of social governance,but more importantly,it clarifies the relationship and cooperation mechanism among various governing subjects,providing important guarantees for ethnic affairs governance and a reference example for the improvement and development of social governance.
