摘要
电能质量是海上风电并网的重要议题。该文介绍了国内某海上风电谐波异常案例。首先基于长距离海底电缆的分布参数,建立了海上风电220k V主电路的频域数学模型,通过不同位置谐波源计算海上风电的谐振点和谐波放大特性。其次设计并实施了现场试验,试验证明谐波超标的主要原因是长距离海底电缆放大了电网背景谐波。最后,使用Moore-Penrose广义逆分析海缆运行状态,估算并网点谐波阻抗,初步设计了用于海上风电的220k V高压无源滤波器,通过滤波器调整风电场谐波阻抗,抑制谐波超标。
Power quality is an important issue in offshore wind power grid connection.This paper introduces a domestic offshore wind power harmonic anomaly case.Firstly,based on the distribution parameters of long-distance submarine cables,the frequency domain mathematical model of 220 k V main circuit of offshore wind power is established,and the resonant points and harmonic amplification characteristics of offshore wind power are calculated through different harmonic sources.Secondly,the field test is designed and implemented.It is proved by experiments that the main reason of harmonic exceeding is that the long-distance submarine cable amplifies the background harmonic of power grid.Finally,Moore-penrose generalized inverse matrix was used to analyze harmonic impedance of the grid-connection,via different experimental data of the marine cables.A 220 k V high voltage passive filter for offshore wind power is designed to adjust the harmonic impedance of offshore wind power and suppress the excessive harmonic.
