摘要
面对能源转型持续深化、数字革命加速推进、中国经济发展方式转变、创新发展需求日益紧迫等外部形势,发展能源互联网势在必行。为规范能源互联网标准化工作,需要开展能源互联网标准体系研究。在能源互联网标准现状梳理的基础上,分析了能源互联网在各技术领域的标准需求,建立了能源互联网概念模型。秉持系统性、协调性、开放性、可扩展性的构建原则,设计了标准层次关系和标准体系架构,并对能源互联网技术标准体系的推广与应用进行了重点部署。
At present, energy development in China has been facing the external situation of the deepening of energy transformation, the accelerating of digital revolution, the changing of China’s economic development mode, as well as the increasingly urgent demanding for innovation and development, therefore, the development of the energy internet is imperative. In order to normalize standardization of energy internet, it is also necessary to carry out the research on the standard system for energy internet. Based on the combing of current situation of the energy internet standards, the standard requirements in various areas of the energy internet are analyzed, and a conceptual model of the energy internet is established. Adhering to the construction principles of systematization, coordination, openness and extensibility, the standard hierarchical relationship and the standard system architecture are designed. The promotion and application of energy internet standard system are mainly deployed.
