计及跨区备用共享的多区域电热联合系统分布式协同优化调度 被引量:7

Distributed Coordinated Optimal Scheduling of Multi-regional Combined Heat and Power System Considering Cross-regional Reserve Sharing

摘要 西北地区在供暖季存在严峻的弃风与失负荷问题,对传统多区域电热联合系统实现各区域资源的合理调配带来了巨大挑战。提出了一种考虑多区域互联的电热联合系统协同优化调度模型。首先,采用高斯混合模型–指数方法生成考虑不同时空尺度相关性的风电出力场景集描述风电出力的不确定性,在此基础上构建了基于here-and-now和waitand-see的电热联合系统两阶段随机规划调度模型,该模型以日前运行成本与实时调整成本之和作为优化目标。在优化区域间联络线日前功率传输计划的同时,针对实时调度阶段可能出现的风电波动制定联络线功率调整计划,实现跨区域备用共享以促进风电消纳。此外,采用交替方向乘子法对多区域互联电热联合系统的协同优化问题进行求解。算例仿真结果表明,所提模型能够优化各区域发电资源及备用容量配置,从而有效减小弃风与失负荷量,降低总体运行成本。 During the heating season in the northwest region of China,there are severe problems in wind curtailment and load shedding,which bring about great challenges for the traditional multi-regional combined heat and power system to achieve the rational allocation of the regional resources.This study proposes a coordinated optimal scheduling model for combined heat and power systems considering multi-regional interconnection.Firstly,to describe the uncertainty of the wind power output,the Gaussian mixture model-exponential method is used to generate a set of wind power output scenarios considering the correlation in different time and space scales.On this basis,a two-stage stochastic programming scheduling model for combined heat and power systems is established based on the purpose of“here-and-now”and“wait-and-see”,taking the sum of the day-ahead operating cost and the real-time adjustment cost as the optimization objective.While optimizing the day-ahead transmission power plan of the inter-regional tie-line,the power adjustment plan of the tie-line is formulated in response to the wind power fluctuations that may occur in the real-time dispatch stage,so as to realize the cross-regional reserve sharing and promote the wind power consumption.Additionally,the alternating direction method of multipliers is implemented to solve the coordinated optimal problem for the multi-regional combined heat and power system.The simulation results show that the proposed model is able to optimize the allocation of the power generation resources and reserve capacity in each region,effectively reducing the amount of wind curtailment and load shedding and decreasing the overall operating costs.
