摘要
将大数据作为时代背景,研究食品行业监督管理体系,进而创新性的建立出企业监督管理模型,是未来食品行业监督管理工作发展的主要方向。大数据管理技术是一门对大数据资源进行分类管理的技术手段,在食品监督管理工作中应用大数据管理技术,可以对食品企业的大数据资源进行科学合理的采集和挖掘,进而建立出个性化的质量管控模型,并进一步优化监督资源的分配模式,从而全面提高了食品行业质量监督管理的实际效率。
Taking big data as the background of the times,studying the supervision and management system of the food industry,and then innovatively establishing an enterprise supervision and management model,is the main direction of the future development of the supervision and management of the food industry.Big data management technology is a technical means to classify and manage big data resources.By using big data management technology in food supervision and management work,it is possible to scientifically and rationally collect and mine big data resources of food enterprises,and then establish a personalized quality control model,and further optimize the allocation mode of supervision resources,thus comprehensively improving the actual efficiency of quality supervision and management in the food industry.
