摘要
目的:探讨精益管理在缩短患者取药等待时间中的应用效果。方法:在2019年12月至2020年8月期间,以暨南大学附属顺德医院药房取药的平均等待时间作为研究对象,通过应用精益管理优化药房的发药流程后进行比较,观察精益管理在缩短患者取药等待时间的应用效果。结果:患者取药等待时间从2019年11月的31 min缩短至2020年7月的10 min;整盒药品的取药时间从2019年11月的27 min到2020年7月的7 min;整盒率从2019年11月19 %,到2020年7月的28 %。结论:运用精益管理能够优化发药流程,缩短患者取药等待时间,提升整盒率。
Objective To investigate the application effect of lean management in shortening patients’ waiting time for taking medicine.Methods From December 2019 to August 2020,the average waiting time of the pharmacy of the Affiliated Shunde Hospital of Jinan University was taken as the research object,and the application effect of lean management on shortening the waiting time of patients was observed after optimizing the dispensing process of the pharmacy by applying lean management.Results The waiting time for patients to get medicine was shortened from 31 min to 10 min;The fetching time of the whole box of drugs has changed from 27 min to 7 min.The full box rate went from 19 % to 28 %.Conclusion The application of lean management can optimize the drug delivery process,shorten the waiting time for patients to take medicine,and improve the rate of the whole box.
