中医辨证治疗结合可控性皮肤伸展术治疗四肢创伤性皮肤缺损的效果分析

Effect of TCM Syndrome Differentiation Combined with Controlled Skin Extension in the Treatment of Traumatic Skin Defects of Extremities

目的:分析在四肢创伤性皮肤缺损治疗中采取中医辨证治疗结合可控性皮肤伸展术的治疗效果。方法:选取洛阳正骨医院2014年7月30日至2018年7月30日期间收治的70例四肢创伤性皮肤缺损患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各35例。观察组患者予以中医辨证治疗结合可控性皮肤伸展术治疗,对照组患者仅予以可控性皮肤伸展术治疗,评价治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.29 %,高于对照组的77.14 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗满意度为97.14 %,高于对照组的80.00 %,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的伤口愈合时间、住院时间、换药次数以及抗菌药物使用时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在四肢创伤性皮肤缺损治疗中采取中医辨证治疗结合可控性皮肤伸展术治疗具有较为显著的效果,可有效提高治疗满意度,促进伤口愈合,缩短抗菌药物的应用时间及住院时间。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome differentiation combined with controlled skin extension in the treatment of traumatic skin defects of extremities.Methods 70 patients with traumatic skin defects of limbs admitted to Luoyang Orthopaedic-Traumatological Hospital from July 30,2014 to July 30,2018 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,35 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation combined with controlled skin extension,while patients in the control group were only treated with controlled skin extension,the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29 %,which was higher than 77.14 % of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The treatment satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 97.14%,higher than 80.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The wound healing time,hospital stay,dressing change times and antibacterial drug use time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of traumatic skin defects of extremities,TCM syndrome differentiation combined with controlled skin extension has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the treatment satisfaction,promote wound healing,and shorten the application time of antibiotics and hospital stay.
