有机更新理论指导下老城中心区改造设计策略

Study on Design Strategy for Old Downtown Remolding under Guidance of Organic Renovation Theory

在城市快速发展的背景下,如何对城市老城中心区进行有效的更新改造,成为人们普遍关注的问题。文章以合肥市三孝口片区为研究对象,在有机更新理论的指导下,对片区的更新改造及文脉保护传承进行探讨;同时,对片区内存在的建筑风貌老化、经营业态单一、路网交通混乱、景观环境缺失、历史文脉保护力度不足等问题进行分析,并提出针对性的解决策略,以期为其他城市老城区的更新改造提供可参考、可借鉴的策略方法。

As cities are fast developing,how to effectively renovate and remold old downtown areas aroused wide public concern.Taking Sanxiaokou Area,Hefei City as object,this paper explored areal renovation and remolding as well as protection and inheritance of culture.Meanwhile,it also analyzed problems such as deterioration of building features,simplex type of business,chaotic road network and traffic,missing of landscape,insufficient protection of historic culture,and proposed specific solutions in order to offer strategies for other cities to take for reference in renovation and remolding of old downtown area.
