摘要
为了应对我国愈加严重的老龄化状况,提高人民居住满意度并改善人居环境情况,需要转变现有的城市居住建筑建造理念,探索新模式。SI住宅体系中,支撑体(S)和填充体(I)的有效分离使住宅具备结构耐久性、室内空间灵活性及填充体可更新性的特质。基于SI体系的多层住宅设计,既有利于充分利用住宅的使用空间,也有利于促进住宅工业化的进程。文章以住宅空间及住户人群构成为研究对象,分析城市既有住宅存在的问题,总结出住宅支撑体和填充体的构成要素、在住宅中发挥的作用以及在设计中的影响,对住宅室内空间进行理想模型设计,以期为住宅设计提供新思路。
In order to deal with China’s increasingly severe aging condition,promote people’s satisfaction to residence and improve living environment,it has to convert the construction concepts of existing urban residential buildings and exploring new modes.The support and the infill are effectively separated in the SI residential system,which features the residence with structural durability,interior space flexibility and infill renewability.The SI System based multi-story building design is both beneficial for fully utilize the usable space of residence,and good for accelerating the process of residence industrialization.Taking residential space and constitution of resident group as object,this study analyzed problems of existing residence,concluded components of residence support and infill,their roles in residence and their influence in design,and designed ideal model for interior space in order to provide new train of thoughts for residential design.
