“双碳”背景下既有建筑绿色节能改造实践 被引量:6

摘要 既有建筑在绿色节能改造中面临诸多困难和不同的解决路径选择,需要在运营中建立详实的运行数据库,并针对项目的具体情况,对照国家标准,采取有针对性、高性价比和用户感受度强的改造实施方案;同时,在信息化的基础上,从安全耐久、健康舒适、生活便利、资源节约、环境宜居等五方面重点提升,以达到绿色节能目标。文章以上海市中心城区某城市综合体为例,分析项目的节能改造思路,并对其取得的效果进行总结,以期为既有建筑在“双碳”背景下的绿色节能改造提供有益的参考借鉴。 There are many problems in green energy efficiency remolding for existing buildings and also various solutions for selection.Therefore,it has to establish detailed running database in operation and adopt specific remolding scheme with high cost performance and strong user perception on the basis of detailed project condition and comparing national standards.Meanwhile,on the information-oriented basis,it should be improved focusing on safe&durability,healthy&comfortable,living convenience,resource saving and livable environment in order to achieve the goal of green energy efficiency.With a downtown urban complex in Shanghai as example,this paper analyzed the thought on energy efficiency remolding of such project and concluded the outcomes hoping that beneficial references could be offered to green energy efficiency remolding of existing buildings under the background of“Dual-Carbon(Emission Peak&Carbon Neutrality)”goals.
