Urban Planning Assistant Decision“One Map”System Construction of the Yangtze River Demonstration District

为了解决长江新城在规划建设管理起步阶段面临的基础现状信息分散、规划辅助工具缺乏、成果评估方式单一等问题,全面提升规划建设管理的信息化水平和信息支撑保障能力,以GIS技术为核心,采用“一张图”的设计理念和基本架构,结合城市规划决策的现实需求,设计并实现了长江新城规划辅助决策“一张图”系统,实现了对各类现状数据、规划数据的集成管理;并针对长江新城的规划编制与评估、土地开发与利用、招商引资与落户、产业布局与规划、城建计划与实施等实际业务需求,提供了相应的空间决策和辅助支持,有效提升了长江新城的工作效率和管理水平。

In order to solve the problems in the initial stage of urban planning and development control of the Yangtze River Demonstration District,such as scattered basic geographical information,lack of planning auxiliary tools,and single achievement evaluation method,and comprehensively improve the informatization level and information guarantee capability of urban planning and development control,taking GIS as key technology,we designed and implemented urban planning assistant decision“One Map”system of the Yangtze River Demonstration District based on the design concept and method architecture of“One Map”.This system achieves integration management of situation data and planning data,and provides spatial decision support for actual business requirements,such as urban planning evaluation,land development and utilization,investment invitation,industry layout and planning,urban construction and so on,so that it can efficiently improve work efficacy and management level of the Yangtze River Demonstration District.
