摘要 研究2+7×0.35ST超高强度钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明,与3+8×0.33HT高强度钢丝帘线相比,2+7×0.35ST钢丝帘线在线密度和渗胶性能方面更有优势,以其替代3+8×0.33HT钢丝帘线用于全钢载重子午线轮胎带束层中,在保证轮胎强度和耐久性能的同时,有利于轮胎轻量化,并减少原材料消耗。 The application of 2+7×0.35ST super-high tenacity steel cord in the belt of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that compared with 3+8×0.33HT high tenacity steel cord,2+7×0.35ST steel cord had more advantages in the linear density and compound penetration,so it could replace 3+8×0.33HT steel cord in the belt of truck and bus radial tire,which was conductive to achieve the lightweight of the tire and reduce production cost while ensuring tire strength and durability.
