摘要
以R104籽粒苋为原料、辛烯基琥珀酸酐(OSA)为改性剂,制备双亲结构的辛烯基琥珀酸籽粒苋淀粉酯;使用高效液相法测定淀粉酯的取代度。以取代度为响应值,通过单因素和响应面法优化酯化工艺。研究结果表明:在淀粉浓度为30%、反应温度为48℃、pH为8.3、反应时间为90 min的条件下,淀粉酯的取代度为0.0202。该取代度预测值与实测值的相对误差为0.98%,与所建模型接近,表明此模型在优化籽粒苋淀粉辛烯基琥珀酸酯化工艺具有可行性和科学性。
The process of manufacturing of octenylsuccinic anhydride modified amaranth starch(R104)was studied with respect to the starch concentration,pH,temperature and time of the reaction.The effects of these parameters were evaluated on the basis of degree of substitution of starch derivative,which can be determined by high-performance liquid chromatographic method.The synthesis process for modified starch was optimized by response surface methodology(RSM).And the practical optimum conditions for starch ester were a reaction time of 90 min at 48°C and pH 8.3 at 30%starch concentration.The maximum degree of substitution achieved for amaranth starch was 0.0202.The relative error between the measured and predicted value was 0.98%,which was close to the predicted value of the established model.It indicated that the model was feasible and scientific to optimize the esterification process of amaranth starch.
