吲哚酚类糖苷酶显色底物6-氯-3-吲哚-β-D-葡萄糖苷的合成工艺研究

摘要 以试剂邻氨基苯甲酸作初始原料,经七步反应,合成了吲哚酚类糖苷酶显色底物6-氯-3-吲哚-β-D-葡萄糖苷,在目标产物合成中涉及的各步合成中间体,均经过核磁氢谱进行结构表征,最终确定了目标产物的结构。在合成过程中,有针对性地分析了在化合物1、2合成中的相关影响因素(反应时间、投料比及碱的用量等),最终确定了目标化合物的最佳合成工艺路线,为微生物培养基显色底物6-氯-3-吲哚-β-D-葡萄糖苷的合成提供一定参考。 The common reagent anthranilic acid as the initial raw material of this synthesis process, the total synthesis of 6-chloro-3-indole-β-D-glucoside, a chromogenic substrate of indoxyl glycosidase, was carried out through seven-step reactions.,the synthetic intermediates involved in each step of the target product were characterized by H NMR, and the structure of the target product was finally determined. During the synthesis process, the relevant influencing factors in the synthesis of compounds 1 and 2(reaction time, feed ratio and amount of alkali, etc.) were analyzed in a targeted manner, and the optimal synthesis process route of the target compound was finally determined, which is the microbial culture medium. The synthesis of chromogenic substrate 6-chloro-3-indole-β-D-glucoside provides some reference.
