摘要 以醇体积分数、液料比、提取时间、超声功率为考察因素,以蒲公英中菊苣酸提取率为评价指标,在单因素实验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化蒲公英中菊苣酸的超声提取工艺。确定最佳提取工艺为:以50%乙醇为提取溶剂、液料比40∶1(mL∶g)、提取时间50 min、超声功率300 W,在此条件下,蒲公英中菊苣酸提取率为95.34%。优化得到的提取工艺合理可行、稳定可靠,可为蒲公英中菊苣酸的提取提供依据。 Using alcohol volume fraction, liquid-solid ratio, extraction time, ultrasonic power as evaluation factors, and the extraction rate of chicoric acid from dandelion as an evaluation index, we optimized the ultrasonic extraction process of chicoric acid from dandelion by Box-Behnken response surface methodologies on the basis of single-factor experiments.The optimal extraction process can be determined as follows: 50% ethanol is adopted as the solvent, the liquid-solid ratio of 40∶1(mL∶g),the extraction time of 50 min, and the ultrasonic power of 300 W.Under above conditions, the extraction rate of chicoric acid from dandelion can reach 95.34%.The optimized extraction process is reasonable, feasible, stable, and reliable, which provides a basis for the extraction of chicoric acid from dandelion.
