摘要
针对当前我国日光温室塑料棚膜清洗效率低、清洗困难,导致塑料棚膜透光率低而影响农作物生长的问题,研制了一种手持式日光温室塑料棚膜的清洗装置。该清洗装置主要由电机、辊刷轴、喷水机构、手持杆等构成。以塑料棚膜的透光率为指标,采用因子交互试验的方式,对自然条件下使用7个月的塑料棚膜进行清洗试验。结果表明:辊刷材质选用尼龙丝毛、清洗喷水流量为3 L/min、辊刷轴转速为74 r/min时,棚膜清洗后的透光率最高,较清洗前的棚膜透光率提高了31.2%。该清洗装置自动化程度较高,能够大幅降低劳动强度,同时有效保证了日光温室塑料棚膜的透光率,具有很高的推广应用价值。
Aiming at the problems of low cleaning efficiency and difficult cleaning of plastic agricultural film in solar greenhouses in China,which leads to low light transmittance of film and affects the growth of crops,a hand-held cleaning device for plastic agricultural film in solar greenhouses was developed. The cleaning device is mainly composed of cleaning motor,roller brush shaft,water spraying mechanism,handheld rod and so on. Taking the light transmittance of agricultural film as the index,the cleaning test of agricultural film used for 7 months under natural conditions was carried out by means of factor interaction test. The results showed that when the roller brush material was nylon wool,the cleaning spray flow was 3 L/min,and the roller brush shaft speed was 74 r/min,the light transmittance of the agricultural film after cleaning was the highest,which was 31.2 % higher than that before cleaning. The highly automated cleaning device can greatly reduce the labor intensity and effectively ensure the light transmittance of plastic agricultural film,which has high application value.
