摘要 为了提升化妆品胶粘剂的胶合强度,以尿素为催化剂对棉籽粕胶粘剂进行了改性处理,研究了尿素浓度和反应温度对胶粘剂结构和粘接性能的影响,并分析了相应的作用机理。结果表明,经过尿素改性处理后的棉籽粕胶粘剂在3435 cm^(-1)和3358 cm^(-1)位置处分别出现了N—H伸缩振动峰和O—H伸缩振动峰,且1390 cm^(-1)位置处的COO-的特征峰消失;在不同尿素浓度下,随着反应温度从40℃增大至70℃,胶粘剂的固体含量、pH值和黏度逐渐增大;当反应温度为55℃时,随着尿素浓度从1 mol/L上升至5 mol/L,胶粘剂的干胶合强度先增大后减小,尿素浓度为3 mol/L时取得最大值。根据胶合板国家Ⅱ类板材要求,胶粘剂胶合板在尿素浓度1 mol/L和3 mol/L、反应温度70℃时满足湿胶合强度要求。 In order to improve the bonding strength of cosmetic adhesive,cottonseed meal adhesive was modified with urea as catalyst.The effects of urea concentration and reaction temperature on the structure and mechanical properties of adhesive were studied,and the corresponding mechanism was analyzed.The results showed that the N—H stretching vibration peak and O—H stretching vibration peak appeared at 3435 cm^(-1) and 3358 cm^(-1),respectively,and the coo-characteristic peak disappeared at 1390 cm^(-1);At different urea concentrations,the solid content,pH value and viscosity of the adhesive increased gradually with the increase of reaction temperature from 40℃to 70℃;When the reaction temperature was 55℃,with the urea concentration increasing from 1mol/l to 5mol/L,the dry bonding strength of the adhesive first increased and then decreased,and the maximum value was obtained when the urea concentration was 3mol/L.According to the national class Ⅱ plywood requirements,the adhesive plywood meets the wet bonding strength requirements when the urea concentration is 1mol/L and 3 mol/L and the reaction temperature is 70℃.
