一种环保型改性丙烯酸树脂漆画制备及性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对传统工业漆在生产和使用过程中易排放挥发性有机化合物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOC),对环境造成严重污染的问题提出环保型水性工业漆的制备,并对改性前后丙烯酸树脂性能进行研究。结果表明:环氧树脂添加量为6%,有机硅添加量为3%时,对应的树脂性能最佳。水性工业漆中,树脂含量为18%时,3种树脂皆具有优良的耐水性和光泽度,不出现返锈的现象,相关性能满足行业标准HG/T 4758—2014要求。 Aiming at the problem that traditional industrial paint is easy to emit Volatile Organic Compounds(VOC) and cause serious pollution to the environment in the process of production and use,the preparation of environmental friendly waterborne industrial paint is proposed,and the properties of acrylic resin before and after modification are studied.The results show that the performance of the corresponding resin is the best when the addition amount of epoxy resin is 6% and the addition amount of silicone is 3%.In waterborne industrial paint,when the resin content is 18%,the three resins have excellent water resistance and gloss without rust return,and the relevant properties meet the requirements of the industry standard HG/T 4758—2014.
