复杂气候下电动客车集成控制器凝露形成研究

摘要 纯电动客车集成控制器工作过程中受环境温湿度变化的影响易产生凝露,这给纯电动客车安全运行带来隐患。为研究复杂地域气候条件对纯电动客车集成控制器内部凝露形成特性的影响,分析了我国4个典型城市的气候,搭建了凝露试验测试台模拟我国复杂地域气候条件,开展凝露测试试验。对复杂地域气候下集成控制器内部凝露产生机理、产生条件、产生位置、产生时间进行分析,为电动汽车集成控制器内部凝露预防提供参考。 During the working process of the integrated controller of electric bus,it is easy to produce condensation due to the change of ambient temperature and humidity,which brings hidden danger to the safe operation of pure electric bus.In order to study the influence of complex regional climate conditions on the internal condensation formation characteristics of pure electric bus integrated controller,this paper analyzes the climate of four typical cities in China,builds the condensation test bench to simulate the complex regional climate conditions in China,and carries out the condensation test.It analyzes the mechanism,conditions,location and time of condensation in the integrated controller under complex regional climate,which provides a reference for the prevention of condensation in the integrated controller of electric vehicles.
