摘要
针对大规模流固耦合数值模拟计算量大等问题,以柔性片状颗粒风分数值模拟为例,在分析实际模型的基础上,基于量纲相似原理建立了柔性片状颗粒风分仓缩比模型。在CFD中采用k-ε标准湍流模型进行流场仿真,通过分析不同截面的流场分布以及各个进出风口的截面速度验证了缩比模型内流场相似性;采用CFD-DEM耦合方法对柔性片状颗粒风分过程进行仿真,通过分析柔性片状颗粒位移与速度验证了颗粒运动轨迹的相似性。结果表明,在使用CFD-DEM耦合方法对柔性片状颗粒进行仿真分析时,使用缩比模型可以缩减仿真时间65%,提高仿真效率,且缩比模型的仿真结果在误差可控范围内。
Aiming at the large-scale fluid-solid coupling numerical simulation and the large amount of calculation,take the numerical simulation of the flexible flake particles as an example.Based on the principle of dimensional similarity,a wind-dividing scale model of flexible flake particles is established.In CFD,the"k-ε"standard turbulence model is used to simulate the flow field.The internal flow field similarity of the scaled model is verified by analyzing the flow field distribution of different cross-sections and the cross-sectional velocity of each inlet and outlet;the CFD-DEM coupling method is adopted to simulate the wind separation process of the flexible flake particles,and the similarity of the particle motion trajectory is verified by analyzing the displacement and velocity of the flexible flake particles.The results show that when using the CFD-DEM coupling method to simulate and analyze flexible flake particles,using the scaled model can reduce the simulation time by 65%,improve the simulation efficiency,and the simulation results of the scaled model are within the error controllable range.
