辅助加热喷油器内流场结构对燃油传热影响研究

摘要 针对醇类燃油低温状况下冷启动困难的问题,通过对传统进气道喷油器的结构进行改进,增加一个辅助加热装置以及在内部增加一个燃油导热零件。基于Workbench工作平台,模拟分析不同导热零件对喷油器加热的影响,并与不使用导热零件的模型进行对比。研究结果表明,辅助加热装置可以有效提高燃油的温度,其中应用导热零件的模型经加热后其燃油温度最高提高了40.119 K,最低提高了29.615 K;不应用导热零件的模型经加热后其燃油温度最高提高28.538 K,最低提高了15.373 K。 In view of the difficulty of cold start of alcohol fuel under low temperature conditions,the internal structure of the traditional intake port injector was improved.Therefore,an auxiliary heating part and fuel heat conduction part were added to the injector.Based on the Workbench,the heating effects of different heat conducting parts was simulated and compared with the model without heat conducting parts.The research results show that,the application of auxiliary heating device can effectively increase the temperature of fuel.The fuel temperature of the model using heat-conducting part maximum increases 40.119 K,and minimum is 29.615 K.In contrast,the fuel temperature of the model without heat-conducting part maximum increases 28.538 K,and minimum is 15.373 K.
