摘要
选取某款纯电动商用汽车,用两挡变速器替代原有的单级主减速器,通过理论计算,确定两挡变速器传动比并进行选型。利用AVL-Cruise软件建立该纯电动汽车匹配单级减速器、两挡变速器仿真模型,进行了动力性、经济性仿真,并对仿真结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:改进后车辆动力性能和续驶里程有明显提升,最高车速提高16%,0~30 km/h加速时间减少14.4%,最大爬坡度提高22.2%,C-WTVC工况续驶里程提高了9.5%。
Select a pure electric commercial vehicle,and replace the original single-stage main reducer with a two-speed transmission.Through theoretical calculation,the transmission ratio of the two-speed transmission was determined and type selection was carried out.The simulation model of matching single-stage reducer and two-speed transmission of the pure electric vehicle was established by AVLCruise software,the dynamic performance and economic performance were simulated,and the simulation results were compared and analyzed.The results show that the improved vehicle dynamic performance and driving mileage are significantly improved,the maximum speed is increased by 16%,the 0-30 km/h acceleration time is increased by 14.4%,the maximum climbing slope is increased by 22.2%,and the driving range of C-WTVC increased by 9.5%.
