摘要
本研究利用光栅型便携式近红外光谱仪,结合化学计量学方法,建立了一种陈皮真伪的无损鉴别方法。采集陈皮与假冒陈皮的近红外漫反射光谱,借助光谱预处理方法以消除光谱中的干扰,利用主成分分析建立鉴别模型。结果表明,原始光谱结合主成分分析可实现对假冒陈皮(普洱茶浸泡和蒸煮的沃柑果皮)的100%鉴别,但无法实现假冒陈皮(砂糖橘和沃柑果皮)的准确鉴别;经光谱预处理后外壁光谱数据结合主成分分析可实现陈皮真伪的准确鉴别;其中最佳光谱预处理方法为去趋势、标准正态变量变换以及多元散射校正。
A nondestructive identification method of counterfeit Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium based on grating portable near infrared spectrometer and chemometrics was proposed.The diffuse reflectance spectra of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium and counterfeit Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium were collected.The interferences in the spectra were eliminated with spectral pretreatment methods,and the identification models were established by principal component analysis method.The results showed that 100%identification of counterfeit Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium(fertile orange peel soaked or boiled in Pu’er tea)could be achieved by using the original spectra.However,the accurate identification of counterfeit Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium(‘Shatangju’peel and‘Orah’mandarin peel)could not be achieved.After spectral pretreatment,accurate identification of counterfeit Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium could be realized with the outer wall data and and principal component analysis method.The best spectral pretreatment methods were detrend,standard normal variable transformation and multivariate scattering correction.
