海南热带雨林野猪非洲猪瘟主动监测预警结果及分析

Results and Analysis of Active Monitoring and Early Warning of African Swine Fever in Tropical Rainforest Wild Boar in Hainan

摘要 非洲猪瘟暴发重创了全球生猪养殖业,中国也未能幸免。中国部分省份出现了野猪感染非洲猪瘟,考虑到海南热带雨林顶级捕食者缺失,野猪在生态系统中发挥的重要生态作用,及时了解野外野猪种群感染非洲猪瘟的状况及强度,对于海南热带雨林生态安全和生态功能的发挥至关重要。2019年9月至2021年12月在海南省主要热带雨林区域内捕获野猪20头,收集血液、肺脏以及肝脏等组织样品,使用-80℃超低温进行保存。采用世界动物卫生组织提出的PCR方法对非洲猪瘟病毒进行了核酸鉴定,结果表明所有野猪个体均未感染非洲猪瘟。尽管当前尚未监测到野猪感染非洲猪瘟,但整体形势依然严峻,仍需持续开展更大规模和强度的主动监测预警工作。 The outbreak of African Swine fever has severely damaged the global pig breeding industry,and China has not been spared.Considering the lack of top predators in the Hainan tropical rainforest and the important ecological role played by wild boars in the ecosystem,timely understanding of the status and intensity of wild boar population infection with African Swine fever is crucial for the ecological safety and ecological function of Hainan tropical rainforest.From September 2019 to December 2021,20 wild boars were captured in the main tropical rainforest area of Hainan Province,and tissue samples such as blood,lungs and liver were collected and stored at an ultra-low temperature of-80℃.Nucleic acid identification of African Swine fever virus was carried out using the PCR method proposed by the World Organisation for Animal Health(OIE),and the results showed that all wild boar individuals were not infected with African Swine fever.Although wild boar infection with African Swine fever has not yet been detected,the overall situation is still grim,and it is still necessary to continue to carry out larger-scale and intensive active monitoring and early warning work.
