摘要
广东珠三角地区作为重要的制造业基地,需要大量劳动力。为缓解劳动力紧张问题,珠三角部分劳务派遣公司主动对接国内西部地区少数民族剩余劳动力,透过劳务派遣的方式为珠三角用工短缺的企业提供了源源不断的劳动力支撑。但在劳动力输出转移过程中,会出现少数民族到珠三角地区发展而产生的文化不适应问题。为此,珠三角地区部分城市的民族工作部门以铸牢中华民族共同体为主线,从民族工作的实际出发,探索出一种“政企村+N”的民族工作模式。在此种民族工作模式下,西部地区的少数民族劳动力输出转移与珠三角的经济发展形成了良好的互动关系。
As an important manufacturing base,the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong needs a lot of laborers.In order to alleviate the tension of labor shortage,some labor dispatch companies in the Pearl River Delta have taken the initiative to receive the surplus laborers of ethnic minorities in western China,and provided a steady supply of laborers for enterprises in the Pearl River Delta through labor dispatch.However,in the process of labor export and transference,there are problems of cultural incompatibility among people from ethnic minorities areas in the Pearl River Delta region.Therefore,the ethnic work departments of the cities in the Pearl River Delta region should take as the main line the consolidating of a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,and explore a“government-enterprise-village+N”model for ethnic work from the reality.With this model,the export and transference of ethnic minority laborers from the western region would interactive positively with the economic development of the Pearl River Delta.
