摘要
保证轧制过程稳定性是实现大型异形截面环件轧制成形的难点之一,以大型凸台截面环件为研究对象,通过理论解析方式建立了轧制过程环件刚性稳定数学模型,借助MATLAB数学分析软件探讨了凸台截面环件的几何特征对环件刚性稳定的影响。基于ABAQUS有限元分析软件对建立的环件刚性稳定模型进行了模拟验证。结果表明,模拟值与理论值的最大相对误差小于6%。通过对铝合金环件进行准静态压弯物理实验模拟环件失稳变形过程,实验值与理论值最大误差在10%以内。
Ensuring the stability of rolling process is one of the difficulties to realize the rolling forming of large special-shaped section ring,taking the large convex-section ring as the research object,the mathematical model of ring rigidity stability in rolling process was es-tablished through theoretical analysis,and the influence of the geometric characteristics of convex-section ring on ring rigid stability was discussed by MATLAB mathematical analysis software.Based on ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the established ring rigid sta-bility model was simulated and verified.The results show that the maximum relative error between the simulated value and the theoretical value is less than 6%.Through the quasi-static bending physical experiment of aluminum alloy ring,the instability deformation process of ring was simulated,and the maximum error between the experimental value and the theoretical value is less than 10%.
