摘要
针对冷连轧卷取过程中出现带钢的崩断问题,充分考虑冷连轧机组及卷取设备的工艺特点,介绍了带钢崩断缺陷的概念,研究了崩断缺陷的形成机理,并提出了撕裂系数的新概念。建立了相应的带钢崩断计算数学模型,并选择典型规格产品定量分析了先导率对带钢崩断的影响,同时推导出先导率计算模型,为现场提供理论参考;分析了边部裂纹对带钢崩断的影响,从理论上给出带材撕裂强度的计算方法;分析了跑偏对带钢崩断的影响,同时给出了张力的分布模型。在此基础上给出了冷连轧机组带钢卷取过程中崩断缺陷的治理技术,有效减少了带钢崩断缺陷出现的概率。
In view of the collapse problem of strip steel in the process of cold continuous coiling,the process characteristics of cold con-tinuous rolling unit and coiling equipments were fully considered,the concept of collapse defect of strip steel was introduced,the formation mechanism of collaple defect was studied,and a new concept of tear coefficient was proposed.The corresponding mathematical model of collapse calculation of strip steel was established,and the influence of pilot rate on strip steel collapse was quantitatively analyzed by typi-cal specification products,and the pilot rate calculation model was derived which provided theoretical reference for the site;the influence of edge cracks on strip steel collapse was analyzed,and the calculation method of strip tear strength was theoretically given;the effect of running deviation on strip steel collapse was analyzed,and the distribution model of tension was given.On this basis,the treatment technolo-gy of the collapse defect in the strip steel coiling process of the cold continuous rolling unit was proposed,which effectively reduces the prob-ability of the occurrence of strip steel collapse defects.
