摘要
为解决采用传统方法安装干涉配合紧固件存在的安装噪音大及大相对干涉量紧固件无法安装等问题,提出了基于电磁铆枪的安装工艺方法。首先,分析了电磁铆枪的隔振降噪原理及结构设计。然后,选用型号为HER 60A、HER100C的电磁铆枪和型号为M0801、RRH 08P-TS的风动铆枪分别对相对干涉量为0.5%、1.0%和2.0%的钛合金高锁螺栓进行了干涉安装实验,分别测试了电磁铆枪和风动铆枪的安装效率、安装质量和安装噪音。结果表明,与风动铆枪相比,电磁铆枪均可实现一次安装,安装效率更高,并且解决了飞机制造中风动铆枪无法安装大相对干涉量紧固件的难题。在噪音对比测试中,电磁铆枪的等效声级远低于风动铆枪,基于电磁铆枪的安装方法能较好地解决干涉螺接噪音过大的问题。
To solve the problems that large installation noise and fasteners with large relative interference quanities are unable to be in-stalled by the traditional installation methods when installing the interference fit fasteners,the installation technology method based on e-lectromagnetic riveting gun was proposed.Firstly,the vibration isolation and noise reduction principle and structure design of electromag-netic riveting gun were analyzed.Then,the interference installation experiments of titanium alloy high-lock bolts with relative interference quanities of 0.5%,1.0%and 2.0%were carried out by selecting electromagnetic riveting guns with the models of HER 60A,HER100C and pneumatic riveting guns with the models of M0801,RRH 08P-TS.The installation efficiency,installation quality and installation noise of electromagnetic riveting guns and pneumatic riveting guns were tested,respectively.The results show that compared with the pneumatic riveting guns,all the electromagnetic riveting guns can realize one-step installation with higher installation efficiency which solves the problem that the pneumatic riveting guns is unable to install fasteners with large relative interference quanities in aircraft manu-facture.In the comparative tests of noise,the equivalent sound level of electromagnetic riveting guns is much lower than that of pneumatic riveting guns.The installation method based on electromagnetic riveting guns can better solve the problem of excessive noise of interference bolt connection.
