摘要
建立了连续光源原子吸收光谱法测定水稻土中钴含量的方法。研究表明,以HNO-HF-HO为微波消解体系,在乙炔气流量为55 L/h,燃烧头高度为5 mm,积分像素点为5时,采用HR-CS-AAS扣除背景,测定水稻土壤中钴元素无基体干扰,方法检出限可达0.96 mg/kg,实际水稻土壤样品测定时,加标回收率在93.0%~98.0%之间,土壤标准样品测定结果满足质量控制要求。
A method was established to determine Cobalt in paddy soil by atomic absorption spectroscopy with continuous light source. The results showed that when using HNO-HF-HOas microwave digestion system, the acetylene gas flow set at 55 L/h, the burner height at 5 mm, the integral pixel at 5, using HR-CS-AAS to deduct the background, there was no matrix interference, and the detection limit of Cobalt in paddy soil was up to 0.96 mg/kg. Taking the method to determine actual paddy soil samples, the recovery rate was 93.0%-98.0%. The determination results of soil quality control samples meet the quality control requirements.
