摘要 现有双控风电机组在发电时的频率往往与电网频率解耦,致使风电机组本身缺乏自主参与电网调频的能力,对此提出一种基于DFIG风电机系统频率波动特征的惯性动态响应控制策略。该策略通过在风电机组控制环节添加频率-功率控制模块,使风电机组能有效针对电力系统频率的波动输出功率,达到控制风机功率的目的,在一定程度上避免了电力系统内部频率突变使电网能量传输失衡的现象。仿真结果验证了所提控制策略的可行性和有效性。 Since the frequency of the existing dual-control wind turbine is often decoupled from the frequency of the power grid,the wind turbine lacks the ability to participate in the frequency regulation of the power grid.In this paper,an inertial dynamic response control strategy based on the frequency fluctuation characteristics of DFIG wind motor system is proposed.The strategy adds a frequency-power control module in the wind turbine control link,so that the wind turbine can effectively output power according to the frequency fluctuation of the power system,and achieve the purpose of controlling the fan power.To a certain extent,the imbalance of power grid energy transmission due to frequency mutation within the power system is avoided.Simulation results verify the feasibility and eff ectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
