开关柜防倾倒转运车的研制

Development of Anti-dumping Transfer Vehicle for Switch Cabinet

变电站开关停电检修及试验时,需要使用专用工具将手车转运至合适地点,现有落地式开关柜多采用外接导轨,设计上存在不足,易发生手车倾倒事故。对此提出一种针对落地式开关柜转移的防倾倒转运车,以提高工作效率,保证人身、设备安全。

When the substation switches are out of power for overhaul and testing,special tools are needed to transfer the handcart to suitable locations.Existing floor-mounted switch cabinets mostly use external guide rails,which are insufficient in design and prone to handcart dumping accidents.In this regard,an anti-dumping transfer vehicle for floor switch cabinet transfer is proposed to improve work efficiency and ensure personal and equipment safety.
