摘要
针对电气布线繁琐的问题,以电气柜自动布线为研究对象,分析了电气柜自动布线的基本思路,并从接线信息获取、区域划分、走线区域划定、路径规划等方面展开电气柜自动布线研究,并基于Creo二次开发技术进行了电气自动布线的数字化设计。实践证明,通过电气自动布线,实现了电气布线的自动化、数字化,提高了电气布线效率。
In order to deal with the tedious problem of electrical wiring,taking the automatic wiring of electronic cabinet as the research object,the basic idea of automatic wiring of electrical cabinet is analyzed.The research on automatic wiring of electrical cabinet is carried out from the aspects of wiring information acquisition,area division,wiring area delimitation,path planning,etc.,and the digital design of automatic electrical wiring is carried out based on Creo secondary development technology.Practice has proved that the automation and digitization of electrical wiring have been realized through automatic electrical wiring,and the efficiency of electrical wiring has been improved.
