“双碳”目标下的核电电力市场差分进化算法竞价策略

摘要 “双碳”目标提出后,核电作为清洁能源在电力市场中迎来了提速换挡。核电已经不再是原来填补电源缺口,可有可无的品种,而将是新型电力市场的主力能源。基于此背景,为实现电力资源合理配置,提高核电公司效益,提出以改进差分进化算法对核电报价。首先,建立核电电力市场竞价模型;然后,介绍差分进化算法并进行改进优化;最后通过MATLAB对算例进行仿真,对比其他算法,证明改进后的差分进化算法能有效提高核电公司盈利能力。 After the"double carbon"goal was put forward,nuclear power,as a clean energy,ushered in a speed-up shift in the power market.Nuclear power is no longer an optional variety to fill the power gap,but will be the main energy in the new power market.Based on this background,in order to realize the rational allocation of power resources and improve the benefits of nuclear power companies,an improved differential evolution algorithm is proposed to quote nuclear power.Firstly,the bidding model of nuclear power market is established.Then,the differential evolution algorithm is introduced and improved.Finally,the example is simulated by MATLAB and compared with other algorithms to prove that the improved differential evolution algorithm can effectively improve the profitability of nuclear power companies.
