数字化转型背景下医院“复诊一日通”平台的设计与实现 被引量:4

摘要 在数字化转型的政策推动下,需要探索利用信息化手段提供便捷就医服务。以上海市胸科医院为背景,构建了贯通开单、检查、诊疗等环节的“复诊一日通”信息平台,设计并仿真了多阶段医疗资源的规划方案,实证分析了应用效果。在5个月内,平台共提供5 593人次的随访登记服务,患者使用手机精确预约日期,复诊流程由3~5天缩短至5小时,实现了长三角异地患者“上午检查,下午诊疗,当日来回”的复诊新模式。平台的成功说明,互联网线上线下融合的医疗服务形式已成为智慧医院的建设重点。 Driven by the policy guidance of digital transformation,this paper explored the use of information means to provide convenient medical services.With Shanghai Chest Hospital as the research background,the information platform of “one-day follow-up visit” was constructed,which was connected with orders,examination,diagnosis and treatment,etc.,the multi-stage medical resource planning scheme is designed and simulated,and the application effect was analyzed empirically.In 5 months,5 593 times of follow-up registration service were provided.Patients made precise appointments via mobile phones,and the time spent was reduced from 3-5 days to about 5 hours,realizing the new mode of “morning examination,afternoon diagnosis and treatment,follow-up visit within one-day” for remote patients in the Yangtze River Delta.The platform shows that the combination of online and offline medical services on the Internet has become the focus of the construction of smart hospitals.
