基于多级模糊综合评价的学前教育评价研究

摘要 学前教育质量是建设教育强国的基石,是三孩人口政策推进的基本保障。因此学前教育评价研究是教育评价领域的研究热点。从办园条件、园务管理、安全卫生保健、教育工作、儿童发展和家园共育质量的评价5个部分着手,细分出28个二级指标,来建立学前教育的多级评价指标体系。将所得指标体系形式化,建立了学前教育质量模糊评价树评价模型,将定性与定量的方法结合起来对学前教育质量进行评价。并结合实例选取商洛市有代表性的几所幼儿园进行了模糊综合评价,结果显示该模型高效实用。 The quality of pre-school education is the cornerstone of building a powerful country in education and the basic guarantee for the promotion of the three children population policy.Therefore,the research of preschool education evaluation is a hot spot in the field of education evaluation.Twenty-eight secondary indicators are divided into five parts,i.e.,kindergarten conditions,kindergarten management,safety and health care,education work,children’s development and the quality of home education,to establish a multi-level evaluation index system of pre-school education.By formalizing the index system,a fuzzy evaluation tree model of preschool education quality is established,it combines qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate the quality of preschool education.Combined with an example,several representative kindergartens in Shangluo city are selected for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the results show that the model is efficient and practical.
