Effects of Finance Maturity Assessment Model on the Financing of Technology and Innovation-based Micro,Small and Medium Enterprises

在国家大力推动双创发展的前提下,为了有效解决中小微创新企业融资困难的问题,对中小微企业融资困难和投资机构投资风险变大的原因进行分析。在参考了法国、韩国和日本的典型投融资模式基础上,建立符合国情的融资成熟度评估模型。针对国内企业的发展特性及投资机构的价值评价体系,从产品、模式、团队、市场这四个维度,分析创新项目在市场占有率、行业趋势、竞争对手、商业模式和运营等方面的企业成长性,并为每一个指标设定占比,综合得出单个企业的融资成熟度评估模型量化结果。风险投资的指标要结合融资成熟度模型能够有机链接科技创新投入和产业资本投资两端活动,挖掘创新潜力,提升双创含金量。

This paper aims to tackle the financing difficulties of micro,small,and medium innovative enterprises by analyzing the reasons why these enterprises are having financing difficulties and why investment institutions are facing increasing investment risks.Referring to typical investment and financing models in France,South Korea and Japan,we establish the finance maturity assessment model consistent with China’s realities.It is in accordance with domestic enterprises’ characteristics and the assessment system of investment institutions.In the perspectives of product,mode,team and market,the finance maturity assessment model analyzes enterprise growth by indicators including market share of innovation projects,industry trend,competitors,business model and operation.By quantifying the percentage of each indicator,we obtain the general assessment of each single enterprise in terms of finance maturity,which serves as an important reference index of venture capital.By actively connecting scientific and technological innovation investment and industrial capital investment,the finance maturity assessment model exploits innovation potentials and therefore qualitatively promotes “entrepreneurship and innovation among all the people”.
