“智能检测技术”的虚拟仿真教学实训中心建设策略研究

Research on Construction Strategy of Virtual Simulation Teaching and Training Center for “Intelligent Detection Technology” Course

“智能检测技术”是我校机电一体化技术高水平专业群的核心技能课程,主要对接高端装备制造业智能检测岗位技能要求。为切实改善面向专业群学生“智能检测技术”课程教学现状,弥补职业教育实训中看不到、进不去、成本高、危险性大等不足,创新教育教学方法。结合我校“智能检测技术”虚拟仿真教学实训中心建设情况,提出建设思路,细化建设内容,为培养智能制造产业高端技能人才提供教学平台,为我校专业群高质量建设与发展提供支撑,为职业院校虚拟仿真教学实训中心建设提供参考和范例。

A “Intelligent detection technology” is the core skill course of high-level professional group of mechatronics technology in author’s college,it mainly meets the skill requirements of intelligent detection post in high-end equipment manufacturing industry.In order to improve the current teaching situation of the course for professional group students,we make up for the deficiencies in vocational education training,such as invisible,inaccessible,high cost,high risk and so on,and innovate education and teaching method.Combined with the construction of the virtual simulationteaching and training center of “intelligent detection technology” in the college,this paper puts forward the construction ideas,refines the construction contents,with providing a teaching platform for high-end skilled talent cultivation in the intelligent manufacturing industry,providing support for the high-quality construction and development of the professional group,and providing reference and example for the construction of virtual simulationteaching and training center in other vocational colleges.
