摘要
为了降低指标不确定性、减少智能电网投入成本,提出了基于多维结构熵的智能电网投入成本多指标管理方法。从费用、资源和组织三个维度出发,初选影响智能电网投入成本管理的指标,引入多维结构熵空间理论,利用多维结构熵降低指标选取的不确定性,确定关键指标,构建智能电网投入成本多指标体系,并进行投入成本数据收集、记录与整理。应用分析结果显示,该方法能够有效降低指标不确定性,使应用对象整体投入成本下降8.50%。
In order to reduce the uncertainty of indicators and the input cost of smart grid,a multi-index management method of smart grid input cost based on multi-dimensional structural entropy is proposed.Starting from the three dimensions of cost decomposition,resource decomposition and organization decomposition,this paper preliminarily selects the indicators that affect the smart grid investment cost management,introduces the multi-dimensional structure entropy space theory,uses the multi-dimensional structure entropy to reduce the uncertainty of index selection,determines the key indicators,and constructs the smart grid investment cost multi-index system.According to the indicators in the system,the input cost data are collected,recorded and recorded arrangement.The application analysis results show that the method can effectively reduce the uncertainty of indicators and reduce the overall investment cost of the application object by 8.50%.
