采用气相色谱法测定大黄碳酸氢钠片中薄荷脑的含量

Determination of Menthol in DaHuang TanSuanQinNa Tablets by GC

目的建立以气相色谱法测定大黄碳酸氢钠片中薄荷脑的含量。方法采用气相色谱FID检测器,使用HP-INNOWAX毛细管柱(柱长为30 m,内径为0.25 mm,0.25μm),应用外标法,无水乙醇作为提取溶剂。结果显示薄荷脑在0.2500~2.4998 mg·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系较好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.93%(RSD=1.06%)。结论实验结果表明气相色谱法用于测定大黄碳酸氢钠片中薄荷脑的含量方法灵敏度高、准确、可行,可用于大黄碳酸氢钠片中薄荷油的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a GC method for the determination of menthol in DaHuang TanSuanQinNa Tablets.METHODS GC with FID detector and HP-INNOWAX capillary column(column length:30 m,inner diameter:0.25 mm,0.25μm),using external standard method and absolute ethanol as extraction solvent.RESULTS The results showed that menthol had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.2500-2.4998 mg·mL^(-1),r=0.9999,and the average recovery was 98.93%(RSD=1.06%).CONCLUSION The results show that the method is sensitive,accurate and feasible for the determination of menthol in DaHuang TanSuanQinNa Tablets,and can be used for the quality control of peppermint oil in DaHuang TanSuanQinNa Tablets.
