本文根据王秉良老中医长期工作的临床经验,结合《伤寒论》中不同中药或同一味药,为使其充分发挥药物疗效用而采取的不同煎法、以及用水、煎药容器等选择在临床实际中的运用,对中医药在临床应用中体现其实际临床意义具有重要指导意义。

The paper is a conclusive combination of Bingliang Wang′s clinical experience on traditional Chinese medicine with the recording from Treatise on febrile diseases.It illustrates different decoction methods,measuring the impact of water quality and decoction containers in clinical practice,in order to give full play to the curative effect of drugs,which has a guiding significance in the clinical application on traditional Chinese medicine.
