我院中药饮片入库验收退货情况分析

Analysis of the Return Situation of Acceptance about Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces in Our Hospital

目的根据我院中药饮片入库验收退货情况总结规律,提高我院中药饮片验收质量和工作效率。方法采用Excel 2010软件分析我院大德路总院2019年1月至2020年12月中药饮片退货的情况,对退货原因进行归类与分析,并总结验收经验。结果不符合我院中药饮片要求而退货有891批次,退货率为1.36%;退货品种排名结果表明,柴胡、桔梗、甘草等品种退货频次最高;退货原因分析结果表明,质量等级不符(55.91%)、变质(19.61%)和炮制不符(15.63%)是退货的主要原因,其中直径偏小(38.29%)、枯或黑片比例偏高(20.37%)和非药用部位偏多(16.29)是等级不符退货的主要原因,片型不符(50.34%)和炮制不足(46.90%)是炮制不符退货的主要原因,走油(50.00%)和生虫(23.08%)是变质退货的主要原因。结论分析饮片退货频次和退货原因有利于提高饮片验收的工作效率,提高饮片的验收质量。

OBJECTIVE According the return situation of acceptance about Chinese herbal medicine pieces in our hospital,to summarize the rules,to improve the acceptance quality and work efficiency of Chinese herbal medicinepieces in our hospital.METHODS Uing the method of excel 2010 software to analyze the return situation of acceptance about Chinese herbal medicine pieces from January 2019 to December 2020 in Dade Road General Hospital,classify and analyze the reasons for the return,and summarize the acceptance experience.RESULTS There were 891 batches of returned of Chinese herbal medicine pieces that did not meet the requirements of our hospital,and the return rate was 1.36%.The results of the ranking of returned varieties showed that bupleurum,campanulaceae,licorice and other varieties had the highest return frequency.The results of the analysis of the reasons for the return showed that non-conforming quality grades(55.91%),spoilage(19.61%)and non-conforming processing(15.63%)were the main reasons for returns,among which the diameter was too small(38.29%),the proportion of dry or black flakes was high(20.37%)and the non-medicinal parts were too many(16.29)was the main reason for the return of non-conforming grades,disc type(50.34%)and insufficient processing(46.90%)were the main reasons for the return of non-conforming processing,and oil(50.00%)and worms(23.08%)were the main reasons for spoilage.CONCLUSION Analysis of the return frequency and the reasons for return of Chinese herbal medicine pieces could improve the work efficiency of acceptance of Chinese herbal medicine pieces,improve the acceptance quality of Chinese herbal medicine pieces.
